He was most recently an investor and co-founder of ClearStandards that was sold to SAP AG in May 2009. PV was the founder and CEO (2001-2008) of Approva Corporation and helped to make it the gold-standard for how large global companies and their external auditors ensure the strength of their company’s internal controls. Before founding Approva, PV was co-founder and president (1996-2000) of Entevo, Corp., which was sold to Bindview (now part of Symantec) for $125 million in January 2000. Prior to founding Entevo, PV spent several years managing enterprise-class products at Microsoft’s Systems Division, and later as a Director in its worldwide consulting services group (MCS). PV is President and a Board member of TiE-DC, a global entrepreneurship organization. PV was selected as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for three consecutive years (2006, 2007, and 2008) for the Greater Washington region. PV holds advanced degrees in Computer Science from the University of Pune (India) and the University of Cincinnati, and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at MIT’s Sloan School. PV is also a Fellow at University of Maryland Smith Business School.

David Mitchell is a successful high tech executive with a history of accelerating revenue, building profitable, fast growth businesses and creating positive value for shareholders.  Under his leadership as CEO of Global 360, Mr. Mitchell improved operations and returned 30% annual license revenue growth, eventually negotiating a sale to Open Text Corporation.  At Webmethods, Mr. Mitchell built a successful sales and customer team, growing revenue from 20 x to over $200 M, and contributing to a successful IPO in February, 2000.  He then went on to return revenue growth and increase shareholder value as CEO, eventually selling the company to Software AG for $550M.

Simita Bose is CEO of Centrifuge Systems and brings both business and federal government leadership experience.  Simita has held senior management positions at multiple leading companies.  At Boeing, Simita led teams in strategy development and merger & acquisition evaluations for Defense, Space & Security, a $30 billion business unit with 50,000 employees.  At Booz Allen, Simita led teams that advised the top executives of major organizations on strategy and operations.  At Deloitte, Simita provided Fortune 500 strategic and financial services.  Simita is also a Partner at Novak Biddle, a venture capital firm with $580 million under management, and invests in early stage technology companies.  During her U.S. government service, Simita received recognition from the White House for helping to establish the first free elections in Afghanistan.  Simita also served as a legislative adviser to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee Chairman.  Simita holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Northwestern University.

Casey Henderson has over 35 years of experience in software development specializing in artificial intelligence, complex information representation and visualization. He is the founder of Centrifuge. Mr. Henderson has played a key role in the design and development of several large scale systems critical to federal law enforcement, national security and the judiciary. Mr. Henderson’s career has included extensive experience in the Intelligence Community, and he is a highly respected authority on topics of information analysis. Complementing his technology background, Mr. Henderson has a JD from Georgetown University Law School.
