Chief Strategy Officer
Mark Dumas is Culmen International’s Chief Strategy Officer, leading the company’s efforts around analytics, strategic technical planning and thought leadership, partnership and channel development, and mergers and acquisitions. Mark is a well-respected entrepreneur, geospatial scientist and technology innovator with more than 20 years of experience.
Prior to joining Culmen, Mark was the Chief Strategy Officer for PlanetRisk where he tackled new ideas and concepts around global big-data and risk analytics. He was also the successful founder and CEO of SPADAC, a leader in geo-spatial intelligence that in 2010 became a part of publicly-traded GeoEye. As a senior executive with GeoEye until 2013, he played a key role in the organization’s continuing mergers and acquisitions activities. As part of GeoEye, SPADAC became an essential contributor in the area of geospatial predictive analytics for the US government; work which continues to this day.
Mark graduated from Mississippi State University with an electrical engineering degree and volunteers as a Cubmaster with Boy Scouts of America as well as coaching youth basketball. He was first exposed to geospatial technologies while completing an internship with Florida Power & Light.
VP, Product Management
Stan Dushko is Chief Product Officer of Centrifuge Systems with oversight responsibility for the product roadmap, product development and marketing. Stan is a software product management veteran in various commercial and government markets from healthcare interoperability, social media to enterprise application integration.
Prior to joining Centrifuge, Stan was a Program Director with General Dynamics IT (GDIT) and had direct oversight responsibility for a multi-million Healthcare interoperability government contract. He also led the GDIT initial go-to market strategy for a new Health Information Exchange offering.
Stan also served as a Director of global product marketing with Software AG and as a Principal Product Manager with America Online (AOL); he managed some of the most successful products from high throughput social media solutions at AOL to highly reliable enterprise infrastructure technologies at Software AG.
His career also involved software leadership with innovative solutions in mobile integration, unique self-serve logistic mapping as well as optimization and real-time online user behavior intelligence.
VP, Technology Solutions
Steve Panzer joined Centrifuge Systems with over 30 years in the information technology field, focused primarily on data visualization and analysis. Over the past two decades, Mr. Panzer has helped establish and grow multiple product and services technology companies, especially within the National Security markets.
Before joining Centrifuge, Mr. Panzer held senior leadership positions including President of ObjectFX Corporation, where he led the growth and ultimately the acquisition of this geospatial technology company. Prior to ObjectFX, Mr. Panzer was Vice President of Business Development at Century Computing, where he spearheaded the creation of the Imaging Division. During his tenure, the company more than doubled in size and revenue. Previous to that, Mr. Panzer served successfully as Manager of Government Programs at both PIXAR and Vicom. Mr. Panzer holds a BS from Brooklyn College, CUNY, and performed graduate work on an MBA at Pace University.
