Simita Bose is CEO of Centrifuge Systems and brings both business and federal government leadership experience.
Simita has held senior management positions at multiple leading companies. At Boeing, Simita led teams in strategy development and merger & acquisition evaluations for Defense, Space & Security, a $30 billion business unit with 50,000 employees. At Booz Allen, Simita led teams that advised the top executives of major organizations on strategy and operations. At Deloitte, Simita provided Fortune 500 strategic and financial services. Simita is also a Partner at Novak Biddle, a venture capital firm with $580 million under management, and invests in early stage technology companies.
During her U.S. government service, Simita received recognition from the White House for helping to establish the first free elections in Afghanistan. Simita also served as a legislative adviser to the U.S. Senate Finance Committee Chairman.
Simita holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Northwestern University.
Chief Technology Officer and Founder
Casey Henderson has over 35 years of experience in software development specializing in artificial intelligence, complex information representation and visualization. He is the founder of Centrifuge. Mr. Henderson has played a key role in the design and development of several large scale systems critical to federal law enforcement, national security and the judiciary. Mr. Henderson’s career has included extensive experience in the Intelligence Community, and he is a highly respected authority on topics of information analysis. Complementing his technology background, Mr. Henderson has a JD from Georgetown University Law School.
Chief Product Officer
Stan Dushko is Chief Product Officer of Centrifuge Systems with oversight responsibility for the product roadmap, product development and marketing. Stan is a software product management veteran in various commercial and government markets from healthcare interoperability, social media to enterprise application integration.
Prior to joining Centrifuge, Stan was a Program Director with General Dynamics IT (GDIT) and had direct oversight responsibility for a multi-million Healthcare interoperability government contract. He also led the GDIT initial go-to market strategy for a new Health Information Exchange offering.
Stan also served as a Director of global product marketing with Software AG and as a Principal Product Manager with America Online (AOL); he managed some of the most successful products from high throughput social media solutions at AOL to highly reliable enterprise infrastructure technologies at Software AG.
His career also involved software leadership with innovative solutions in mobile integration, unique self-serve logistic mapping as well as optimization and real-time online user behavior intelligence.
Senior Vice President, Government Sector
Steve Panzer joined Centrifuge Systems with over 30 years in the information technology field, focused primarily on data visualization and analysis. Over the past two decades, Mr. Panzer has helped establish and grow multiple product and services technology companies, especially within the National Security markets.
Before joining Centrifuge, Mr. Panzer held senior leadership positions including President of ObjectFX Corporation, where he led the growth and ultimately the acquisition of this geospatial technology company. Prior to ObjectFX, Mr. Panzer was Vice President of Business Development at Century Computing, where he spearheaded the creation of the Imaging Division. During his tenure, the company more than doubled in size and revenue. Previous to that, Mr. Panzer served successfully as Manager of Government Programs at both PIXAR and Vicom. Mr. Panzer holds a BS from Brooklyn College, CUNY, and performed graduate work on an MBA at Pace University.
